We are building a product that connects customers and businesses through a more trustworthy review ecosystem.

As a Full Stack Developer Intern, you will work across both sides of the platform: the customer experience, where people discover businesses, explore reviews, and interact with the product, and the business experience, where businesses manage their profiles, monitor feedback, understand customer activity, and interact with the platform.

This is an early-stage product, so you will not be joining a team where every screen, API, and architecture decision has already been made. You will help build the product itself.

You may work on a customer-facing feature one day and a business dashboard the next. You will be expected to understand how the frontend, backend, database, APIs, authentication, and product logic fit together—not just implement isolated tickets.

The goal is not to build another generic website. We are building a product for the Nepalese market, where trust, local business discovery, customer feedback, and business reputation need to work together in one system.

You will have the opportunity to contribute to real product decisions, solve problems across the stack, and see your work move from an idea to something actual users interact with.

What you’ll do

  • Build and maintain customer-facing web experiences for discovering businesses, viewing reviews, interacting with content, and managing user accounts.
  • Build and maintain business-facing dashboards and tools for business profiles, reviews, customer insights, reputation management, and platform activity.
  • Develop and integrate REST APIs and backend services that power both customer and business products.
  • Design and work with databases, including data modeling, queries, relationships, and performance considerations.
  • Implement secure authentication, authorization, user roles, and access controls.
  • Build responsive, fast, and intuitive interfaces that work across desktop and mobile devices.
  • Connect frontend applications to backend services and third-party APIs where required.
  • Work on features involving reviews, ratings, business profiles, search, notifications, dashboards, analytics, and user interactions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code across the stack.
  • Debug issues across frontend, backend, APIs, and database layers.
  • Participate in architectural and technical discussions as the product evolves.
  • Collaborate closely with the AI/ML and product teams where application features depend on review intelligence, fake-review detection, recommendations, or analytics.
  • Write tests, improve reliability, and help establish development practices that can scale with the product.
  • Deploy, monitor, and improve features in real production environments.
  • Take ownership of features from idea → implementation → testing → deployment → improvement.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong fundamentals in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web development.
  • Experience with a frontend framework such as React, Next.js, Vue, or similar.
  • Experience with backend development using technologies such as Node.js, Express, NestJS, Python, FastAPI, or similar.
  • Understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, authentication, authorization, and backend architecture.
  • Familiarity with relational or document databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar.
  • Comfortable working with Git and GitHub.
  • Good understanding of responsive UI development and frontend fundamentals.
  • Ability to debug problems systematically rather than relying on trial and error.
  • Understanding of basic concepts around security, validation, error handling, and API design.
  • Comfortable learning unfamiliar technologies when the product requires them.
  • Strong ownership and willingness to work across the stack rather than limiting yourself to one layer.
  • Good communication and documentation habits.

WhatsApp or Viber is fine — we do most first conversations by phone.

PDF, DOC or DOCX, up to 5MB.

These two answers matter as much as your CV. We read every one, and a person here reads it — not a filter.

Two or three sentences. Specifics about what we're building or how we work are more useful than general enthusiasm — one concrete reason beats a paragraph.

What was your role, and what were you personally responsible for? What made it hard, and how did you handle it? A few sentences is plenty — link to it if it's public.

There's no automated reply — if we want to talk, we'll call or email you directly.
