We are building a new platform for Nepal that brings customers and businesses into a more transparent review and trust ecosystem.

This is not a role where your job is simply to schedule posts, copy trends, or run generic ads.

As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will help figure out how Nepalese customers discover businesses, what makes them trust a platform, what motivates them to leave reviews, and why a business would choose to build its reputation on us.

You will work across content, social media, campaigns, community growth, partnerships, SEO, and performance marketing. Because we are building the product from an early stage, you will have the opportunity to test ideas quickly, measure what works, and directly see the impact of your work.

One week you could be developing a campaign to attract customers. The next, you could be creating content to convince businesses to claim and improve their profiles. You may also work closely with the product and technology teams to turn product features into stories people actually understand and care about.

The objective is simple: make people know us, trust us, use us, and talk about us.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, content, and other relevant channels.
  • Create content that explains our product in a way that is simple, credible, and relevant to the Nepalese market.
  • Help grow our presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google, depending on campaign goals.
  • Develop content ideas around customer experiences, business reputation, reviews, trust, local businesses, and consumer decision-making.
  • Support customer acquisition campaigns and experiments designed to bring users onto the platform.
  • Support business acquisition campaigns aimed at getting local businesses to join, claim, and actively use the platform.
  • Research customer behavior, competitors, market trends, and emerging digital opportunities in Nepal.
  • Help develop and test SEO strategies for business discovery, local search, review-related content, and platform pages.
  • Work with creators, influencers, communities, and potential brand partners when relevant.
  • Track campaign performance and use data to understand what is actually driving reach, engagement, signups, activation, and retention.
  • Run small experiments with different messaging, creatives, audiences, and channels instead of assuming the first idea will work.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and AI/ML teams to understand new features and turn them into compelling marketing stories.
  • Monitor comments, messages, and community responses to understand how people perceive the product.
  • Help establish the brand voice and communication style as the company grows.
  • Prepare basic reports and communicate campaign learnings clearly.
  • Take ownership of marketing experiments from idea → execution → measurement → iteration.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong interest in digital marketing, growth, social media, branding, or consumer behavior.
  • Good communication and writing skills.
  • Comfortable creating content and coming up with ideas rather than waiting for a predefined content calendar.
  • Basic understanding of social media marketing, SEO, content marketing, paid advertising, and analytics.
  • Comfortable using platforms and tools such as Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Canva, or similar tools.
  • Analytical mindset—you should be interested in understanding why something worked, not just whether it received likes.
  • Ability to research audiences, competitors, and market trends independently.
  • Comfortable experimenting, learning from unsuccessful campaigns, and trying again.
  • Good understanding of how people discover and evaluate products online.
  • Strong ownership, reliability, and willingness to work in an early-stage environment where things change quickly.
  • Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.

WhatsApp or Viber is fine — we do most first conversations by phone.

PDF, DOC or DOCX, up to 5MB.

These two answers matter as much as your CV. We read every one, and a person here reads it — not a filter.

Two or three sentences. Specifics about what we're building or how we work are more useful than general enthusiasm — one concrete reason beats a paragraph.

What was your role, and what were you personally responsible for? What made it hard, and how did you handle it? A few sentences is plenty — link to it if it's public.

There's no automated reply — if we want to talk, we'll call or email you directly.
